U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Jackson Olson, a Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, native, Sevastopol High School graduate and a reconnaissance Marine with 2d Reconnaissance Battalion, 2d Marine Division, poses for a photo during Exercise Tres Kolos in Savaneta, Aruba, Oct. 19, 2022.
“I decided that I wanted to re-enlist because I love being a reconnaissance Marine, it is the best job that I could have and I love the assets that reconnaissance Marines bring to the battlefield,” said Olson.
This exercise promotes partnerships, shares knowledge, and enhances interoperability between the forces in order to strengthen our common defense, foster stability and defeat threats.
