JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, VA—Capt. Tom, 94th Fighter Squadron pilot, prepares his helmet for scrambling to his aircraft during the Battle of Britain Commemoration held by the 94th FS, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, Oct. 21, 2022. Pilots were assigned call signs unique to the time period and were provided accurate displays of the British coast in their cockpits to reflect the airspace they would be defending during the simulated event.
