221015-N-LI114-1222 MANILA, Philippines (Oct. 15, 2022) Electronics Technician 3rd Class Ian Reynolds, from Virginia Beach, Virginia, assigned to the guided-missile cruiser, USS Chancellorsville (CG 62), plays games with children at Gentle Hands Orphanage in Manila, Philippines, Oct. 15. During the volunteer event, Sailors played games and created hand-drawn paintings with over 100 children.
