NATO enhanced Forward Presence Battlegroup Poland Soldiers assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division (3-1 ABCT) alongside United Kingdom Army soldiers assigned to The Royal Lancers, Prince of Whales Troop, and the Romanian Sky Guardians participated in a physical fitness competition for morale and enhanced interoperability between the allied nations, which the United Kingdom won, in Bemowo Piskie, Poland, Oct. 21, 2022. The 3-1 ABCT is among other units assigned to the 1st Infantry Division, proudly working alongside NATO allies and regional security partners to provide combat-credible forces to V Corps, America's forward deployed corps in Europe.
