RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany (Sep. 23, 2022) Crater and marking crews comprised of Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, work in unison to lay a base layer of flowable fill concrete. NMCB-11 participated in Rapid Airfield Damage Repair (R-ADR) Mission Essential Equipment Training (MEET), which allowed them to exercise mission essential Required Operational Capabilities (ROC), on board Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Sep. 23, 2022. NMCB-11 is forward deployed to execute construction, humanitarian assistance, and theater security cooperation in the U.S. Sixth and Seventh Fleet areas of operation.
