RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany (Sep. 21, 2022) Crew comprised of Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, operate two Compact Track Loader (CTL) units with saw attachments in sequence to increase productivity in cutting a crater for repair. NMCB-11 participated in Rapid Airfield Damage Repair (R-ADR) Mission Essential Equipment Training (MEET), which allowed them to exercise mission essential Required Operational Capabilities (ROC), on board Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Sep. 21, 2022. NMCB-11 is forward deployed to execute construction, humanitarian assistance, and theater security cooperation in the U.S. Sixth and Seventh Fleet areas of operation.
