GRAFENWOEHR, Germany- Army Lt. Col. Andrew Walsh, the commander of the 7th Intermediate Level Education Detachment, 7th Mission Support Command, gives his inaugural address during a change of command ceremony held at the Tower View Conference Center at USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr Oct. 16, 2022. Walsh emphasized the unit´s plans in keeping up with U.S. Army modernization efforts in support of current and future multi-domain operations. The 7th Intermediate Level Education Detachment educates United States and international field grade officers assigned or deployed to Army Europe, Army Africa, and Army Central areas of responsibilities in order to build and lead organizations under Mission Command in Unified Land Operations.
