Staff Sgt. Jeffrey Rios, a Regional Training Center East Instructor assigned to the 78th Training Division, 84th Training Command, and native of Queens, N.Y., inspects an Army Service Uniform shirt during the Mystery Event of the 2012 Department of the Army Best Warrior Competition at Fort Lee, Va., Oct. 16. The timed event tested the contestants' ability to assemble an Army Service Uniform shirt to Army standard. Rios is one of two soldiers representing the United States Army Reserve Command in the competition.
