221016-N-XN177-1090 PHILIPPINE SEA (Oct. 16, 2022) – Guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) sails alongside fleet replenishment oiler USNS Yukon (T-AO 202) and amphibious assault carrier USS Tripoli (LHA 7) during a replenishment-at-sea (RAS) Oct. 16, 2022. Tripoli is operating in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations to enhance interoperability with allies and partners and serve as a ready response force to defend peace and maintain stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
