STS-111 UF-2 Mission Specialist Philippe Perrin lower FOV, in his Extravehicular Mobility Unit, is attached to shuttle Endeavour's payload bay sill via a Portable Foot Restraint PFR and tether during Extravehicular Activity EVA 1.
