SANTA RITA, Guam (Sep. 14, 2022) Construction Mechanic 3rd Class Ricky Wu, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, chases a wire to diagnose an electrical malfunction on a high mobility multipurpose wheeled vehicle to restore overland mobility capabilities. NMCB 11 is forward-deployed to execute construction, humanitarian assistance, and theater security cooperation in the U.S. 6th and 7th Fleet areas of operation.
