Service-members, spouses, friends and volunteers from the Space Base Delta 3 (SBD3) and Space Systems Command (SSC), and U.S. Coast Guard Base Los Angeles-Long Beach participate in a 24-hour torch relay in remembrance and to honor those who were held captive, or are still missing and unaccounted for during times of armed conflict, Sept. 15-16, 2022. The ceremony officially began at 10 a.m. on Terminal Island at the Port of San Pedro and completed the 24 hour relay with the Wrath Laying Ceremony at LAAFB.
