Crew members prepapre a C-130H Hercules aircraft and installed prototype modular aerial spray system for its first test flight at Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio, July 25, 2022. The prototype system looks to replace the unit's decades old modular aerial spray system. The 910th Airlift Wing operates the Department of Defense's only large-area, fixed-wing aerial spray capability to eliminate pest and disease-carrying insects, remove invasive and wildfire-causing vegetation and disperse oil spills in large bodies of water.
