    NORFOLK (Oct. 23, 2022) – Cmdr. Thad D. Tasso, commanding officer, USS Hué City (CG 66), presents Retired Capt. Tom Eubanks, Hué City’s first commanding officer, the Ensign flown Sept. 14, 2022 marking the 31st anniversary of the ship’s commissioning, during the decommissioning ceremony of the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Hué City (CG 66) after 31 years of naval service. Following decommissioning, the ship is slated to be towed to
