Chinhae, Republic of Korea (Sept. 23 2022) Information Systems Technician 3rd Class Mahogony Jackson, from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, makes up a heaving line on the forecastle aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Benfold (DDG 65) as the ship prepares to pull into Chinhae, Republic of Korea, Sept. 23. Benfold is making the routine port visit as part of Carrier Strike Group (CSG) 5 assigned to Commander, Task Force (CTF) 71/Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the U.S. 7th Fleet’s principal surface force.
