Jack Schmidt, an infantryman from 4th Battalion, 6th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division comes up for a breath during the Holistic Health and Fitness led swim training conducted at the Fort Bliss Aquatics Training Center on 19 to 23 September.
