Army Astronaut Lt. Col. (Dr.) Frank Rubio successfully launches from the Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazakhstan, aboard a Soyuz MS-22 spacecraft, Sept. 21, for a six-month mission aboard the International Space Station.
