Clemson University student Luke Fancher (right), a senior studying management, biology and chemistry from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, hands off the POW-MIA flag to his brother, Jack Fancher, an Army ROTC cadet and junior studying business management, Sept. 15, 2022. Clemson's Army and Air Force ROTC programs were commemorating POW-MIA Recognition Day by running a POW/MIA flag around Bowman Field, never letting it stop and never putting it down, for 24 hours. The cadets ran in teams for one-hour shifts, and dedicated each shift to a prisoner of war or a service member still missing in action. (Photo by Ken Scar)
