U.S. Marines with 3d Marine Division and soldiers with the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force conduct warfighting concept classes while attending a Noncommissioned Officer (NCO) Symposium at Combined Arms Training Center, Camp Fuji, Japan, Sept. 1, 2022. The NCO Symposium was held to expose both forces to different leadership techniques, and to develop various mentorship styles through group discussions held by senior leaders.
