A U.S. Navy Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Fueling) carries a fuel hose to a UH-1Y Venom assigned to Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron (HMLA) 773, in support of Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force UNITAS, during flight operations aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS Mesa Verde (LPD 19) while off the coast of Brazil, Sept. 14, 2022. Marines were practicing boarding and exiting a helicopter aboard a ship during exercise UNITAS LXIII. UNITAS develops and sustains relationships that improve the capacity of our remerging and enduring maritime partners to achieve common objectives.
