Another plume of dust blew off the coast of Sudan over the Red Sea on July 25, 2006. The Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer modis.gsfc.nasa.gov/ (MODIS) flying onboard NASA's terra.nasa.gov/ Terra satellite took this picture the same day. In this image, the dust appears as a beige plume that sweeps over the Red Sea in a clockwise direction toward the south.
