A firehouse bell waits at the finish line of the Chicagoland 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb at Soldier Field in Chicago, Illinois, September 10, 2022. Participants ring the bell as they cross the finish point. The ringing of the bell is a tradition which reflects respect and honor to those who gave their lives in the line of duty. Participants climbed the equivalent of 110 stories or 2,200 steps in honor of the heros that gave their lives in the World Trade Center Towers on September 11, 2001. (U.S. Army Reserve photo by Sgt.
