Air Force Maj. Christopher Zell, the director of operations of the 181st Communications Flight, Indiana Air National Guard inspects equipment as part of the Joint Incident Site Communications Capability package, providing network and communications support to the 19th Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and high-yield Explosives Enhanced Response Force Package, known as a CERFP, during the pre-external evaluation sustainment year collective training event at Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuver Training Center, Ind., Aug. 12, 2022.
