Kirk Lagerquest with a Meritorious Service Medal during his retirement ceremony held at Seabee Museum onboard Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), Port Hueneme, Aug. 25. NBVC is a strategically located Naval installation composed of three operating facilities: Point Mugu, Port Hueneme and San Nicolas Island.
