    PACIFIC OCEAN (Aug 10, 2022) – Damage Controlman Fireman Rebecca Summers simulates an evacuation of an injured Marine during a tactical combat casualty course (TCCC) in the medical ward of the amphibious transport dock ship USS John P. Murtha (LPD 26), August 10. TCCC teaches evidence-based, life-saving techniques and strategies for providing the best trauma care on the battlefield. John P. Murtha, part of amphibious squadron (CPR) SEVEN, along with 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), is currently underway conducting integrated training in U.S. 3rd Fleet to prepare for an upcoming deployment.
