Secretary of the Air Force Frank Kendall coins Master Sgt. Ryan Maxwell, 554th RED HORSE materiel management section chief, during his visit to Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Aug. 19, 2022. Kendall recognized several outstanding performers who contribute to the success of the Air Force and Space Force missions. Airmen and Guardians at Andersen AFB aid the Department of Defenses’ ability to project air and space power across the Indo-Pacific, primarily through Bomber Task Force, Tanker Task Force, Agile Combat Employment, Dyanmic Force Employment and Cyber operations.
