U.S. Army Reserve Master Sgt. Miller, a master gunner of the 84th Training Command discusses operations with Military Reserve Exchange Program, (MREP) soldiers from Estonia at the Vehicle Obstacle Course at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. MREP is an international exchange program with NATO militaries to establish cultural understanding and interoperability.
