During a mass casualty exercise, Soldiers with the 4th Infantry Division and the Multi-National Division - Baghdad work to tape up a simulated wound on a Soldier at Camp Liberty Jan. 18. The exercise was meant to give Soldiers first-hand experience on what to expect during a real-life mass casualty. "I put myself in a real-life situation every time so that when or if this happens I know exactly what to do," said Kailua, Hawaii, native, Spc. Ruth Kaneko, a medic with Headquarters Support Company, Special Troops Battalion, 4th Infantry Division. (U.S. Army Photo/Sgt. Mark Matthews, Multi-National Division - Baghdad Public Affairs)
