Inter-American Defense College Leadership welcomes Brazilian General Sergio Negraes, Brazilian Army’s Secretary of Finance and Economics to the IADC campus at Ft. Lesley J. McNair, Washington, D.C., Aug. 11, 2022. During the visit General Novaes spoke to students and was inducted into the IADC Hall of Honor.
