Staff Sgts. Charles Travis, Ryan Grace and Joshua Fye and Airman 1st Class Michael Ritter, work together during maintenance operations on components of a KC-135 Stratotanker at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Michigan, Aug. 14, 2022. The Airmen are all aircraft hydraulic mechanics, assigned to the 191st Maintenance Squadron at the base. During a scheduled maintenance period on a KC-135, the Airmen removed the front landing gear strut, inspected it for wear and applied new gaskets to the strut. The Airmen utilize technical orders and check each other’s work to ensure that all aircraft components are in good working order. (U.S. Air National Guard photo by Master Sgt. Dan Heaton)
