Hooks and straps such as the one pictured were discovered in an al-Qaida prison/torture chamber by Soldiers of Troop C, 2nd Squadron, 1st Cavalry Regiment, 4th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division from Fort Lewis, Wash., near Arab Jabar, south of Baqubah, Diyala province, Iraq, Jan. 20. The two Iraqis who were rescued from the torture chamber said they were bound and beaten with cables and wires by members of al-Qaida in Iraq.
