U.S. Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Sean N. Day, commanding general of Force Headquarters Group, converses with Ruben Almaguer, founding member of the Academy for International Disaster Preparedness (AIDP) program, during a Disaster Field Operations Course (DFOC) hosted by Florida International University at their Biscayne Bay Campus, Florida, July 15-17, 2022. The DFOC is an interagency exercise designed to provide graduate students with experience in Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief while in a foreign disaster scenario.
