Volunteers from Marine Corps Community Services Cherry Point and 2nd Low Altitude Air Defense Battalion distribute free school supplies to children at the Back to School Readiness Roundup at the Two Rivers Theater and Event Center on Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, Aug. 4, 2022. The ‘Toy Story’ themed event hosted by Marine Corps Community Services was an opportunity for military families to connect with the school liaison officer, discover family readiness resources, have some family fun, and pick up some free school supplies to prepare them for the 2022-2023 school year.
