PUERTO PRINCESA, Philippines (August 3, 2022) –Lt. Zachary Coffel, officer in charge of the Pacific Partnership 2022 (PP22) Philippine planning team, performs the traditional Philippine Unity Dance with cultural performers during the PP22 Philippine Opening Ceremony at Mendoza Park. Now in its 17th year, Pacific Partnership is the largest annual multinational humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Pacific.
