Brig. Gen. Virginia Gaglio, Commander and Chief of Staff, Massachusetts Air National Guard addresses Civil Air Patrol Cadets at the General Carl "Tooey" Spaatz Award presentation ceremony on Aug. 1, 2022. The Spaatz Award is the Civil Air Patrol's highest cadet honor and presented to cadets who have demonstrated excellence in leadership, character, fitness, and aerospace education. The event was held during the CAP's Massachusetts Wing annual encampment which is being held during the first week of August.
