U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Gen. David G. Bellon, Commander of Marine Forces Reserve and Marine Forces South, introduces social media leaders to Marines from Lima Company, 3rd Battalion, 23rd Marine Regiment, after the unit conducted platoon attacks on Range 410 during Integrated Training Exercise 4-22 at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, Calif., July 27, 2022. The social media leaders were invited to observe the training and engage with the Marines to learn more about the Marine Corps Reserve. These Marines and Marine veterans maintain an online presence in social media spaces and have garnered followers by creating quality digital content on topics like their military occupational specialty, leadership lessons, military history/culture, and insight on issues facing our Corps.
