220731-N-UM706-1306 SAN DIEGO (July 31, 2022) Two F/A-18E Super Hornets, assigned to the “Knighthawks” of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 136, conduct a flyby over Petco Park during a Salute to the Navy ceremony, before a San Diego Padres home game, July 31, 2022. Sailors stationed in San Diego were invited to participate in the pregame ceremonies. Every Sunday the San Diego Padres honor military members for their service by inviting them to the game.
