Air National Guard Master Sgt. (Ret.) Don Ferricks began his 25 year military career in the U.S. Navy as a Yeoman, responsible for handling all matters clerical and administrative for ships and personnel. He retired from the Air Guard at the rank of Master Sergeant as a Parachute Rigger. He visited the Illinois State Military Museum in Springfield July 28 to discuss his experiences during that time.
