LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A wreath was laid at the Korean War memorial on the grounds of the MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History here by Brig. Gen. The wreath was laid to honor the 69th anniversary of the end of hostilities on the Korean peninsula once the armistice was signed on this day in 1953.
