U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Leonard Russell, a Marine air-ground task force planning specialist with Marine Wing Headquarters Squadron 2, runs through an oleoresin capsicum (OC) maneuver course with the Provost Marshal‘s Office at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, July 21, 2022. Marines received level one exposure of OC spray, then maneuvered through an obstacle course simulating non-compliant threats.
