Staff Captains across the brigade participated in the BDE CDR and CSM’s PT/LPD session. Todays session they executed a paddle board PT adventure at Haleiwa Beach Park. The workout began with a short beach run, followed by the mounting of their paddle boards into the water.
All participants conducted various calisthenics on the paddle boards as directed by the MWR representatives. Later, all continued to CP 2 for another round of calisthenics before returning to the Haleiwa Beach!
Many Captains stated: "This was the best PT session in my entire Army career!"
