U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Major Ryan Eldredge, the 3d Battalion, 3d Marines sergeant major, addresses the Marines of 3/3 before the Trinity Games at Camp Hansen, Japan, June 30, 2022. The Trinity Games were held to foster the spirit of competition and comradery within the unit. 3/3 is forward deployed in the Indo-Pacific under 4th Marines, 3d Marine Division as part of the Unit Deployment Program.
