U.S. Marine Cpl. Joshua Primm, a crew chief with Marine Motor Tiltrotor Squadron 262 (Rein.), 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit gets ready for an air delivery aboard an MV-22B Osprey above Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, June 29, 2022. The training is used to improve crew chiefs’ accuracy in air deliveries, a way to quickly resupply targets on the ground without needing a landing area. The 31st MEU, the Marine Corps’ only continuously forward-deployed MEU, provides a flexible and lethal force ready to perform a wide range of military operations as the premier crisis response force in the Indo-Pacific region.
