220617-N-LI114-1073 PHILIPPINE SEA (June 17, 2022) Sailors assigned to the Providers of Fleet Logistic Support Squadron (VRC) 30 prepare an inflatable boat for insertion in a C-2A Greyhound during parachute insertion operations during Exercise Valiant Shield 2022 (VS22). VS22 is a U.S.-only, biennial field training exercise (FTX) focused on integration of joint training in a multi-domain environment. This training builds real-world proficiency in sustaining world forces through detecting, locating, tracking and engaging units at sea, in the air, on land and in cyberspace in response to a range of mission areas.
