CARIBBEAN SEA (June 16, 2022) A small boat from the French patrol vessel La Résolue (P734) prepares to come along side the Freedom-variant littoral combat ship USS Billings (LCS 15) during exercise Caraibes 2022, June 16, 2022. Caraibes 2022 is a French led, combined and joint training exercise in the Caribbean involving naval, air and land assets. This multi-national exercise aims to promote cooperation among regional forces and their collective ability to successfully provide humanitarian assistance/disaster relief (HADR) in response to a natural disaster.
