U.S. Air Force Tech Sgt. Jonathan Brown and U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Londyn Giordano, both with the 186th Communications Flight, based in Meridian, Mississippi, assemble a Joint Incident Site Communications Capability (JISCC-B2E) during the Hurricane Exercises held at the Gulfport Combat Readiness Training Center and surrounding coastal areas, June 15-18, 2022. THE JISCC is an interconnected diverse voice communications networks/devices used by the MSNG and public safety response agencies that provides on-scene command post services, commercial internet to the command post at the incident site along with multifunctional devices, VOIP phones, routers, servers, switches, and wireless access points.
