U.S. Air Force Tech Sgt. Jonathan Brown, 186th Communications Flight, based in Meridian, Mississippi, and U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Alexander Tyner and Staff Sgt. Collin Kozielski both with 172nd Communications Flight, based in Flowood, assemble a Joint Incident Site Communications Capability (JISCC-B2E) during the Hurricane Exercises held at the Gulfport Combat Readiness Training Center and surrounding coastal areas, June 15-18, 2022. THE JISCC is an interconnected diverse voice communications networks/devices used by the MSNG and public safety response agencies that provides on-scene command post services, commercial internet to the command post at the incident site along with multifunctional devices, VOIP phones, routers, servers, switches, and wireless access points.
