ZUSHI, Japan (June 21, 2022) — Capt. Rich Jarrett, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), meets and exchanges gifts with Satoru Kirigaya, the Mayor of Zushi City, during Jarrett’s courtesy call to the Zushi City Hall prior to his departure from Yokosuka for his next duty station. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
