(June 15, 2022) Royal Marines Commando Warrant Officer 1st Class Mick Stanion, NATO's Allied Maritime Command (MARCOM) senior enlisted leader, and Royal Air Force Warrant Officer Sara Catterall, NATO's Allied Air Command (AIRCOM) senior enlisted leader, ride in a landing craft air cushion (LCAC) during a visit to Assault Craft Unit 4, June 15. Stanion and Catterall, the two senior enlisted leaders for MARCOM and AIRCOM, the commands that run NATO operations in the maritime and air domains, visited the Hampton Roads area to learn more about the U.S. Navy’s capabilities and how they integrate within the Alliance.
