Yabucoa, Puerto Rico, native Pfc. Guillermo Delgado, a heavy equipment mechanic with the 536th Maintenance Company, 1103rd Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 1st Sustainment Brigade, helps stencil bumper numbers on about 20 jacks and jack stands in their work area. Delgado has been in the Army for a little more than a year and is serving his first tour of duty in Iraq. "So far it's not so bad," said Delgado.
